•••Heat the water and crumble in the beef bouillon cube. Mix well.
Put the tomatoes, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and beef bouillon into a blender and blend until smooth. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.
In a large bowl, mix the pork and beef mince with the egg, breadcrumbs, the garlic, cumin, parsley, dried oregano, salt and pepper. Form into small meatballs and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a deep pan and fry the onion until soft. Add the garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
