•••Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the package of the part-baked rolls. Bake the part-baked rolls and allow them to cool.
Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.
Cut the chicken breast into smaller pieces. Season the chicken with the garam masala spices.
Sauté the onion and garlic in a deep frying pan with a splash of olive oil.
After 2–3 minutes, add the tomato paste and crumble the chicken stock cubes over the pan.
Add the chicken, fry for about a minute, then add a small splash of water to the pan.
Put a lid on the pan and let it simmer very gently for about 20 minutes.
Slice open the part-baked rolls and place a few thin slices of cucumber on them.
After 20 minutes, stir some sambal into the chicken.
