••Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions until tender.
Clean the white mushrooms and cut them into pieces.
Slice the shallot into half rings and finely mince the garlic.
Heat a knob of butter in a pan and sauté the white mushrooms over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the shallot and garlic and cook until translucent.
Add the dried thyme and oregano to the pan and stir well.
Deglaze with white wine and add the herb cheese. Let the cheese melt and combine well with the other ingredients.
Add the cream and briefly bring the sauce to a boil so everything mixes well.
Finish the sauce with a few drops of lemon juice for a fresh flavor.
Fry the cooked gnocchi in a splash of olive oil in a separate pan and season with salt and pepper until lightly golden brown.
Add the fried gnocchi to the sauce and mix everything well so the gnocchi are coated in the sauce.
Finely chop the parsley and mix it through the sauce with the gnocchi for extra flavor and a fresh color.
Serve the gnocchi in deep plates and finish with extra grated Parmesan. Enjoy!
