••First make the okonomiyaki sauce by heating ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, sugar, mirin and soy sauce in a small pan until everything is well combined, then turn off the heat.
Bring water to a boil and crumble the vegetable bouillon cube into the water. Stir well until the bouillon has dissolved.
In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, salt and vegetable bouillon into a smooth batter. Slice the spring onions into rings and stir some of them into the batter.
Briefly submerge the bean sprouts in boiling water, or pour boiling water over them in a sieve. Fry the bacon cubes in a frying pan without oil until crispy and let them drain on paper towels.
Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan and spoon half of the batter into the pan. Divide half of the bean sprouts and bacon cubes over the batter and fry the pancake golden brown.
Flip the pancake and fry the other side cooked through and golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter, bean sprouts and bacon cubes.
Serve the okonomiyaki with the sauce and the remaining spring onions. Enjoy!
